Rajma Masala Recipe| Rajma Curry Recipe
Red kidney beans also known as Rajma is one of the popular dish in North India. It is one of the common dish at any Punjabi house. Red kidney beans soaked overnight and cooked in a spicy onion tomato masala till the beans are soft and full of flavor. This recipe is good to serve with steamed rice, parantha, naan and even rotis. Make sure the kidney beans are well cooked so that they become soft and are easy to digest.Β Another key point which I want to suggest is to soak the red kidney beans overnight and then cook in the pressure cooker on a low flame to give a mushy flavor.

Rajma Masala
This is one of my favourite food. Rajma chawal is found in almost all the restaurants in North India.
