  2. Less cancer risk possibility: Abnormal cells are the ones that cause cancer. The antioxidants from the carrot prove very much useful in preventing the formation of cancer cells.
  3. Efficient brain function: It prevents memory problems to occur and also dementia. The oxidative stress causes brain cell damage and this condition occurs when the nerve cells can’t regenerate. Because of this, the nerve signaling gets weakened. But the beta-carotene which is present in the carrot might help in this matter by building up stronger brain function.

1. Carrot Almond Protein Shake

The best way for protein intake. It’s a complete protein shake for vegans. This drink contains Arginine which helps in building the body muscle. For sweetening the drink instead of sugar, Dates can be used instead. Almond milk and cinnamon make the smoothie even more delicious.

Nutritional content: Calories 271, Fiber 10g, Protein 9g, Carbs 43g.

Ingredients

  • Carrots – chopped
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1-banana
  • 2 dates – pitted
  • 1 tbsp pea protein
  • walnuts
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup of crushed ice

Method to make Carrot Almond Protein Shake

Step 1: Nicely chop the carrots into fine pieces into the blender pitcher. Add slices of banana, and dates, for nice aroma and tingling taste.

Step 2: Add a tsp of cinnamon and walnuts. For the liquid content finally pour 1 cup of almond milk and ice for serving with freshness.

This is especially good for skin complexion. Carrots have high vitamin A, vitamin C, and beta carotene. The clementines have potassium, magnesium, and calcium. The Goji berries have antioxidants and cashews are of magnesium and copper helps in building better immunity and skin complexion boosting.   • Carrots – chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tsp cashews
  • 2 tsp goji berries
  • 2 clementines – peeled
  • 1 cup of rice milk

Method to make Goji Berries Carrot Smoothie

Step 1: Add carrot pieces along with goji berries and cashews into the blender pitcher.

Step 2: Put clementine as a top-up and for the liquid add rice milk instead of normal milk then finally add crushed ice for refreshing serving and blend nicely.

Step 3: Pour the blended content into the glass and garnish it with a small umbrella or carrot piece.

Step 1: Add finely chopped carrot greens and pieces of carrots into the pitcher.

Step 1: As usual, put 4 carrots pieces and orange into the pitcher, add the required amount of avocado, goji berries with some almonds.
